Our focus is living close to nature without sacrificing comfort.

- 4 bedroom farmhouse. Bedroom 4 has a separate entrance off the outside verandah.
- Bedroom 1 - Double bed ; Bedroom 2 – 2 single beds ; Bedroom 3 – 2 single beds pushed together; Bedroom 4 - Double bed (room located off the back verandah).
- Linen & Blankets provided. Bring own swimming towels.
- 2 Full bathrooms : One with a Bath and One with a Shower. Towels provided.
- Fans in summer and Heaters in winter
- Lounge & Dining Room. Inside Fireplace. 1 crate complimentary wood provided.
- Private garden & verandah under roof. Hammock & Hanging Chair.
- Swimming pool located in the field next to the house. Shared with other guests.
- Outside Braai area + grids & tongs. Braai wood available on pre-order.

Rates:
- January - April 2024 : R3200 per night
- May - September 2024 : R2800 per night
- October 2024 - April 2025 : R3500 per night
- May 2025 to September 2025 : R3200 per night
- October 2025 to April 2026 : R4000 per night

Minimum Stays :
- Minimum stay 2 nights.
- Minimum 3 - 4 night stays over Public holidays long weekends, School Holidays and Festival weekends.

- MID-Week Stay : Arrive Monday, depart Friday, STAY for 4, PAY for 3 nights.
- MID-Week Pensioners Stay : Arrive Tuesday, depart Friday. STAY for 3 Nights, PAY for 2 nights.
- 4 night WEEKEND Stay : Thursday - Tuesdays. STAY for 4 nights, PAY for 3 nights.
- LONG STAY : 7 - 10 night stay, less 20% discount

Our Farm House Rules :
- We all value Nature's peace and tranquillity. NO music or loud noise.
- No day visitors are allowed.
- Swimming Pool, this is a shared space with all our guests.
- Water is a precious resource, please use water wisely.
